Through the FindMyLost platform for Adif, and after registering in the application, using the "I have lost" button, you can search for objects you have lost at any station (except Cercanías stations) or on Alta Velocidad, Larga Distancia and Media Distancia trains.
Identity documents, if they are handed in at our offices, will be registered on this platform, although they will be deposited at the respective Police Stations.
If you register from any browser, the languages available are Spanish or English. If you wish to view the platform in any other language, you can open the "Google Chrome" browser, click on the translator button at the top right and select your preferred language.
You can perform a search, communicate with the staff managing the found objects and activate an alert if your object or luggage has not yet been found.
It is also possible to report an object found on a train/station (e.g. exchanged luggage), so that it is returned directly to its owner ("Found" button). The object will only be published online once it has been validated by FindMyLost staff.
