The personal data collected in this software application will be processed by the public undertakings ADIF and ADIF - Alta Velocidad in accordance with current data protection regulations, for the purpose of management and control of lost and found. Your data will not be communicated to third parties. You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, suppression, object to processing and restriction of processing by contacting the data controller.

ADIF and ADIF - Alta Velocidad (hereinafter, the "Undertakings"), in their capacity as data controllers, with Tax Identification Number Q-2801660-H and Q-2802152-E respectively and with address at Calle Sor Ángela de la Cruz, 3. 28020, Madrid, inform you about the privacy policy and data protection terms of the lost and found platform enabled by the Undertakings, in compliance with current legislation on the protection of personal data.
Your personal data has been collected through the Undertakings' lost and found platform and will be processed by them with the strictest confidentiality, only by authorised personnel and for the purpose of management and control of lost and found. The lawful basis for processing your personal data lies in the fulfilment of legal obligations imposed on the data controller.
Your data may be communicated, if necessary, to organisations or persons directly related to the data controller; other public bodies, law enforcement agencies; such communication being covered by the fulfilment of legal obligations imposed on the data controller.
No international data transfers are planned.
We inform you that you may exercise your rights of access, rectification, object to processing, suppression, restrict processing, data portability, not to be subject to automated decisions making and profiling, by writing to any of the Undertakings, by means of a letter identified with the reference "Data Protection" accompanied by a copy of your ID card or equivalent document, on both sides, which must be sent either by post to Avenida Pio XII, 97 bis, 28036 Madrid, or by email to the Data Protection Officer: dpd.adif@adif.es, dpd.adifav@adif.es.
You may consult at any time detailed information on how we process your data and on our Privacy Policy by consulting the links to the Ethics Channel on the websites of the Undertakings or by contacting our Data Protection Officer through the aforementioned e-mail addresses.
Right to complain:
Before the Data Protection Officer: dpd.adif@adif.es / dpd.adifav@adif.es; prior to filing a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency, the data subject may contact the Data Protection Officer of the Undertaking against which the complaint is made (Art. 37 of the LOPDGDD).
